The Almquists truly are a family united, as they pursue their commitment to care for abused and unwanted exotic animals. For years, they fed and sheltered hundreds of animals and reptiles on their eight-acre sanctuary, mostly at their own expense, while living in a dilapidated mobile home without heat or fresh air. Dedicated to providing comfort to animals, the Almquists will now be able to continue their mission while enjoying the comfort of their beautiful new home from United Rentals and "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition".
