Dale Asplund joined United Rentals in 1998 with various responsibilities for the company's information technology systems. He subsequently served as director-operations support, and then vice president-operations support, before being promoted to his current position. Mr. Asplund previously worked for United Waste Systems, Inc. as a divisional manager.
