Eric Mertz joined United Rentals in 2005 as vice president-internal audit. He is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and Connecticut and a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA). He is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, American Institute of CPA's, Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's, and Connecticut Society of CPA's. Previous work experience includes 15 years with Deloitte & Touche, Gartner, and Citigroup. He possesses operations improvement, financial management, and systems experience.
