Joli Gross was named vice president - associate general counsel for United Rentals in 2006, four years after joining the company as director of legal affairs. Previously, Ms. Gross was an associate with the law firm of Day, Berry & Howard LLP, specializing in commercial real estate transactions; and an associate with Edwards & Angell LLP, involved in civil litigation and arbitration. Ms. Gross is a member of the Bar Associations of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
