Matthew Flannery joined United Rentals in 1998 upon the acquisition of Connecticut-based McClinch Equipment, where he served seven years as branch manager. Mr. Flannery subsequently held several positions in sales and operations management at the branch and district levels before being appointed senior vice president - operations east in 2008.
